- Also, through the meals that we do during the day, we can complete the range of colors.

- Eating assorted fruits is another way to get a great variety of nutrients.

Some properties, in a very general way:

White strengthens the immune system.
Yellow improves skin elasticity.
Orange prevents inflammation, improves vision.
Red protects the heart.
Blue-Purple protects the nervous system.
Green detoxifies.
Brown provides energy.
Black, cell regenerator.
